If you ever wanted to learn Spanish, this is the class for you! This four week class will introduce you to basic conversational Spanish. You will learn simple phrases that can be utilized in daily conversations. Christy enjoys teaching adults in a casual environment -- so come ready to have fun while learning Spanish. These are all-the-buzz this season! Janna will once again be teaching and lead us in the technique of knitting the Magic Loop method as we make these gloves. This class will teach you knitting with one circular needle instead of double points to complete your gloves. Cost of supplies approx. $20

ADULT VOLLEYBALL
WHEN: Sundays from 7-9 pm
WHERE: Lakeview Big Gym
COST: $1 per time
This volleyball time is not for students. Teams will be chosen that evening with the option of using two courts if there are enough people for four teams.
ADULT BASKETBALL
WHEN: Beginning Wednesday, December 3
from 8:30-10:00 pm (No Adult Basketball on November 26, December 24 & 31)

COST: $1 per time
This is for adults only (no students) and both men and women are encouraged to attend. If needed, we can divide the courts and you can choose half-court or full-court. Teams will be chosen each night. This activity will run on Wednesday nights when school is in session.
Pilates

Have you been looking for a low-impact way to incorporate physical fitness into your lifestyle? Try our Pilates class! Each one hour session will focus on all over body strength with an emphasis on core strength. Pilates helps reduce stress and improve energy, strength, flexibility and overall health.
AEROBICS AND PILATES

Kathie will be offering a combination class consisting of Aerobic and Pilate exercises. One half hour of the class will work with cardio and the other half hour will concentrate on Pilates.
Digital Storybooking Workshop
WHEN: Monday, January 19 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm

We
will be making a Heritage Makers 5 x 5, 21-page digital storybook of your 2008
Christmas photos. You will receive your own Heritage Makers online account to
work in. Bring along a CD or memory stick with at least 21 photos. This is a
wonderful way to capture those special moments and memories from Christmas in a
library-bound, archival quality book that your family will cherish for years to

AARP SAFE DRIVER PROGRAM
4-hour “Refresher” Class (only for those who have completed the 8 hour class). The completion of this class qualifies you for a 10% discount on your car insurance. You must renew every 3 years.
