Join Mrs. Rosa to create your own unique Gingerbread House or Gingerbread Tree. Please send with your child a bag/container of decorations (lifesavers, red hots, M&M’s, sprinkles, coconut…anything to decorate a gingerbread house) The rest of the supplies will be furnished. The students should bring a snack or money to purchase a snack. To make sure your project is safe on your ride home, please bring or send an ice cream pail or small box.
Snowmobile Safety
Training Course
Marshall Community Services and Southwest Ridgerunners Snowmobile Club are holding a Snowmobile Safety Training Course on Tuesday, December 9 from 7:00 pm-9:00 pm AND Saturday, December 13 from 8:00 am-3:00 pm at the Marshall Middle School. The cost of this class is $10.00. Class participants must be 12 years of age during snow season!
Upon completion of the course, the student will earn an approved State of Minnesota snowmobile operator’s certificate from the DNR. For more information or to register, contact Marshall Community Services at 507-537-6767. Deadline to register with Marshall is Wednesday, December 3rd.

Come to Santa’s Workshop and make special presents for your family. We will make gifts and wrap them, play reindeer games and eat a snack. Santa’s Workshop #1 and #2 will have the same activities. Get ready for babysitting this year! The Super Sitter clinic is a great opportunity for both girls and boys…because babysitting is not a job to be taken lightly! The clinic will promote safe, sensitive care for children and the best possible babysitting experience for sitters. Through hands-on experiences, students will develop skills for providing care, entertaining, and handling emergencies. You will also get a great start on a babysitting kit to use “on the job”. OPEN GYM
Open Gym will begin the 1st week-end in January and will be scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays through February if attendance and interest continues through that time. There will be some Saturday cancellations for LBA tournaments. Those dates will be posted when we receive them.
