Candidates for Membership: Nominees must be, or have been, a credit to Cottonwood, Wood Lake and Lakeview High School. Inductees may be either living or deceased. Candidates are eligible through four categories:
Student: A former student who performed with excellence in any activity at Lakeview High School. Candidates must be a Lakeview High School graduate and out of school for at least 7 years.
Coach/Advisor: A nominee must be a former coach or advisor who has distinguished themself by demonstrating exceptional leadership, character, and achievement during their tenure.
Contributor: A person who has been a loyal and devoted supporter of Lakeview High School and who has distinguished themself or brought state or national recognition to the Lakeview School and communities.
Team: A team that has earned a state championship or had other significant achievements.
