Message from the  7-12 Principal to “Laker Nation”

At Lakeview we believe it is important for families and schools to work together and share responsibility for student success.  We want our students to know the importance of our teachers and families investing and supporting their work at school as well. Classroom and school expectations are set at a high standard at Lakeview and communication is the key for academic success and early intervention if your student is struggling.

 

“The Laker Way” is our foundation of one school and one heartbeat. We take pride in not making excuses, making great sacrifices, doing what is right, dreaming big and representing our community, school, families, and ourselves to make Lakeview Schools the best. Being a part of “Laker Nation” is something special and we feel that nobody has it better than us.

 

We have great teachers and staff at our school. Our teachers know and understand that students are our number one priority and they will work hard to ensure that they have the best educational experience as possible. At Lakeview, our goal is to improve student achievement, improve community collaboration and maintain a respectful,safe and caring school environment.

 

Here at Lakeview, we like to think of ourselves as a family.   The word F.A.M.I.L.Y means “forget about me I love you” ensuring it is not about some of us, it is about all of us. This includes students, staff, parents and community members. All of us need and want our children to thrive and it takes all of us to work together to make that happen.
